7th Young Psychiatrists Network Meeting
“The Gray Zone: the transition from Child to Adult Psychiatry”
On Behalf of the organizing committee of the 7th Young Psychiatrists Network Meeting we kindly invite you to join us for what promises to be an insightful and brainstorming meeting of the Early Career Psychiatrists on December 06-07, 2018.
This is the 7th meeting organized by YPN (Young Psychiatrists’ Network), and we excited to perform this event in Italy. The conference aims to sollecitate and try to connect the different perspectives and approaches between CAP (Child and Adolescence Psychiatry) and GAP (General Adult Psychiatry), particularly focussing on the early onset of the main psychiatric disorders, the issues of diagnosis and treatment, particularly in the ‘critical’ period of Adolescence; the new behavioral dependences (i.e. game addiction, etc.), the suicidal behavior amongst youngsters, the ‘border’ age-based mental disorders, the ‘transition’ of psychiatric disorders during the course of different ages (childhood, adolescence and young adulthood; I.e. ADHD, Autism, etc.) in order to broaden perspectives of participants towards their clinical practice.
We are very excited to spread this message and looking forward to your active participation!
